We offer free overnight shipping on all orders on our website throughout the US. All orders are insured for the full value of the package. Our shipping company requires that someone be available to sign the ring upon its arrival.
We strive to ship out all orders as soon as we receive payment. Additional time will be needed if the ring (or jewelry item) requires any sizing or adjusting. We will contact you in advance and let you know when to expect the package.
RETURN POLICY
All the rings, wedding bands, and earrings on our website are covered by our 14-day return policy unless otherwise stated on the invoice. You may return this item within two weeks from the time of delivery, in the same condition as it was received, for a full refund.

Our Home Viewing Program works as follows:
- Browse the jewelry on our website and pick out an item that you would like to have sent to your home.
- Email us to receive our bank wiring information or give us a call at 212 265 3868 with your credit card details.
- We will charge your credit card for the full amount of the ring, and send it to your home via insured & overnight shipping. We also offer complimentary ring sizing before we ship. The sizing will not void the Home Viewing Program return policy.
- You will have a full 14-days to try on the item at home and make your decision. If you decide that the ring isn’t right for you, we will send you a complimentary return shipping label. Once the ring returns to our showroom, we will refund your credit card for the full amount, no questions asked.
